Our core mission is to provide affordable blood testing to transgender and non-binary individuals across the United Kingdom (UK). We have partnered with several blood testing laboratories in order to fulfill this mission, offering their services as close to at-cost as possible.
By purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, do not purchase products and services from us.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchases from us and you must be resident in the UK as we only deliver our products and services to UK addresses. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you are using an address forwarding service.

The blood testing process itself is carried out by a partner laboratory engaged by us. We reserve the right to change the laboratory from time to time without notice.
If the sample you return cannot be tested (for example, if the sample has coagulated or been damaged), then we will send you a replacement blood sample kit at no further cost. If the second sample also cannot be tested, then we will refund your payment and advise that you seek testing elsewhere.
We will only relay to you the report prepared by the partner laboratory containing the results of your blood test. We cannot provide you with any medical information or advice. Please consult your GP or another healthcare professional to interpret or get advice regarding your results. We send blood sample kits via the post. There may be instances where your delivery is delayed due to circumstances out of our control. We cannot assume responsibility for these delays, but we will do everything we can to ensure that the best service is provided to you.
You may return a product if it is damaged, defective or if the wrong product has been sent to you. On some occasions, we will require evidence of the damaged, defective or wrongly received product. We are unable to reimburse the cost of return delivery. Please email team (at) sapphicbison (dot) org for more information.
If you are entitled to a refund, the price paid for the product will be refunded to you by the same method that you used to pay. Refunds will be made once the matter is settled between us and yourself. You should expect your refund to reach your bank within 4-5 working days of it being issued.
We may cancel your order if:
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund you all sums paid within 30 days. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
